I knew nothing about cactus until our move to Arizona seven years ago. Imagine my surprise when I spied gorgeous flowers like these on a walk one morning.
It’s obvious that one of God’s creations enjoyed his or her dinner while I took the shot. I’m glad I paused long enough to “Stop and smell the roses.” I, too, enjoyed His beauty of nature.
As with any new project, I found that it takes a village. And my village included a special lady, Janice Thompson. On occasion, I called her when I was ready to bail on it. I told her, “It’s an impossible task.”
Janice lovingly talked me through it, and I, with her help, continued to the finish line. And now I have a new and improved website.
Oh, and did I mention that Janice (see above) has a baking blog? It’s outoftheboxbaking.com. She shares step-by-step instructions, mouthwatering photos, and so much more. Please click on her link. You’ll be amazed.
And enjoy perusing my website. And please subscribe to my monthly newsletter. It’s filled with our RV travel/photos, book news (unless I’m dealing with writer’s block), and funnies.
Thanks for taking a look. Let me know what you think!
I’m so glad you’re here. After much thought (and a little courage!), I’ve created this brand-new website — a fresh space where I’ll be sharing my thoughts, updates, stories, and reflections.
Think of this as my new online home.
While I’ll be posting new content here, I’ll continue my monthly newsletter over at:
